One inbox handles everything — sign-in trouble, a question that looks wrong, billing, and guarantee claims. A person reads every message.
Reporting a problem with a question
Use the thumbs-down button, Something wrong with this question?, under any answer once its explanation is showing. Choose the reasons that fit, add a note if you want, and submit. The report is saved with the question ID. Your answer history is not attached.
If the rating choices do not fit, use the full contact form and include these four things:
- The question ID, or the question itself. Paste the first line of the question. Add the question ID if you have it.
- Where you saw it. The practice test, practice, a full mock, or the review queue.
- What looks wrong. The answer key, the explanation, a rationale, or a typo.
- What you expected instead. Your reasoning in a sentence or two. Name your source if you have one.
A reported question is checked against the source material. When a question is wrong, it is corrected or removed.
Trouble signing in
Sign-in uses a one-time link sent to your email. There is no password. If the link does not arrive, check the spam folder, then request a new one from the sign-in page. Each link works once and stops working after a while, so always open the newest email. Still stuck? Use the sign-in help form above.
When to expect a reply
Support messages are read on business days and answered in the order they arrive. Please allow a few business days for a reply before writing again. Refund claims are reviewed on the timing described on the guarantee page.
Refunds and the guarantee
Start a refund claim on the guarantee page. It states who qualifies, lists the two documents a claim needs, and submits the claim for manual review. Use the full contact form only if the claim form will not accept your submission.
What we cannot do
CRCST Academy is an independent study resource. We do not register candidates, schedule exam appointments, score the exam, or change certification records. For anything about the exam itself, use myhspa.org.
