Lesson 11 · Cleaning, Decontamination and Disinfection
Clean means every bit of soil is gone, seen and unseen. A shiny instrument or a finished cycle does not prove it.
In this lesson
Say what clean means and when an item must be cleaned, clean instruments by hand with the right brush and technique, and load, run and check ultrasonic cleaners, washer-disinfectors and cart washers the way the manual describes.
